In here, i will teach you how to use Ollama to download and run AI models on your computer.
Head to the Ollama website and download the app, like in the screenshot
Once you downloaded Ollama, install it on your computer and run it.
Once you open Ollama, choose a model that is suitable than you. I like to think that the amount of parameters needs to be on part or smaller than the amount of RAM in your computer.

Pick a model from the list, let it download, and just start chatting with it!!
